New in ACTA: Agentic AI for Workflow Automation. We built ACTA in-house to 10x our small team by automating repetitive workflows. Most notably, our collaboration with Nation Insights leveraged ACTA for data engineering and computer vision—rapidly generating large corpus datasets and scraping key content across social media platforms like YouTube, delivering insights to multi-million dollar brands such as Unilever in Southeast Asia.

New in Raindrop: Interactive Tutorial Experience. Raindrop tasked us to solve a critical UX challenge: insurance brokers struggling with new interfaces. We designed a replayable, on-demand tutorial system that guides users through the platform—delivering improved user satisfaction and addressing a key pain point in the insurance tech space.

New in Raindrop: Redesigned Clarity View. We collaborated with Raindrop to transform their existing Clarity view, making their powerful feature suite more accessible. Our work spanned Comparison Mode, Similarity Summary, Standardised Policy Dashboard, and Neptune AI—streamlining complex insurance workflows for brokers.
